Founded in 1987, the Cave François Constantin is a family business that cultivates a five-hectare estate according to the standards of integrated production. François has gradually developed his business by building a modern cellar in 2000 and expanding the area of cultivation.
Mathieu Constantin joined forces with François in January 2017. Together, they founded the Cave François et Mathieu Constantin. After receiving his diploma in winemaking and oenology at the Haute école de Changins, Mathieu decided to join the family business and practise his profession there. Despite the continuing expansion of vineyard, high standards of quality and service remain the priority for the Constantin family!
The cellar is in the Ayent area, and the vines extend from St-Léonard to Sion.
